Since House and Garden Ceramics is a manufacturer and distributor of Fine
Asian Ceramics, our prices are the most competitive that you will find in the
market. All of our pricing is done in $ U. S. dollars.
We are mainly a wholesaler, but we do have a Showroom in Phuket , Thailand
. If you are in the area we would warmly welcome you to take a look at our
current product line.
Retail / Non Wholesale clients may look at everything on our website and contact
us if you have any questions about our products. We will gladly work with you
on single item or palletized orders.
If you are interested in becoming a wholesale client, we are very eager to
work with you to help you expand your business as well as ours. There is a
short application process which you must go through to become a wholesale dealer.
After you are approved for an account you will have access to our wholesale
pricing list, time- saving shopping cart system, and ordering and tracking
capabilities.
We will fill 20' and 40' foot containers and will
work with you to customize the container with any products that we have in
stock. Special orders and orders that have to be manufactured may take between
6 and 8 weeks to ship.
If you are an established customer you will not have to make a down payment
for an order. If you are a new customer we will require you to make a 30% down
payment of the order value, acceptable by Bank Transfer, or credit card. Before
we make the shipment we will send you a pre-shipment Performa for reconfirmation.
As soon as the order is shipped a, ‘Contents as packed' Invoice is faxed to
you immediately. The final payment of 70% of the order value is due as soon
as this invoice is received by you.
Upon proof of payment we will have the Commercial invoice, Bill of Lading,
and all other required shipping documents couriered to you.
All of our invoices quote FOB price and are in $ U.S. dollars.
FOB means that we pay for transportation of the goods to the port of shipment,
plus loading costs.(From our factory to the port we ship from.) You must pay
freight, insurance, unloading costs and transportation from the port of destination
to your location / wharehouse.
Cancellation of an order once we have received a confirmation email will cause
the forfeiture of the initial 30% deposit.
